What exercises will help you to be in shape


It is recommended to do this exercise with weights. Stand on your mat a little wider than shoulder width. Crouch down and tense your buttocks when you get up! 


Push-ups from the floor will work the triceps, biceps and back muscles.  If this exercise is too difficult for you, you can keep your knees on the floor and try a simplified variation.


Beginners should start with 60 seconds, gradually increasing the time to two or three minutes. Put your forearms on the floor. Lift your body so that it forms a straight line. You can try many different variations here. 

Jumping Lunges

Jump into the air, bringing your rear foot forward and the front foot back. Land in a lunge and repeat. Never let your knees go over the tip of your toes!

Pike Push-Up

Start with your arms in line with your spine, straighten your back, engage your core and keep your upper and lower body at a 90 degree angle.

Even one exercise in the morning will benefit you and it is better than doing nothing at all. The main thing is to start!
